Well, that depends on the amount. When you grow up, is a very reasonable size. if it is short, you may need a little more on the side. but I am 14 -16, and I'm not very high. but I'm not fat. Curves, but not fat. while you are dissatisfied with their size, and most imprtantly you feel healthy, no matter what the number on the label to point out .... The thing you feel urself. :)

In the UK a size 14 is pretty average. In the United States ... Im not sure how the size of the clothing is different.
for us women of America, 12-14 is average.

UK Size 14 Measurements: 38-30-40
If after the height and design, which could quite average. Certainly not as great as some believe.
